This Refund & Returns Policy applies to all purchases made on Indosphera. Customers may request a return or refund within 30 days from the date of delivery.
After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused
In the same condition as received
In original packaging with all tags intact
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
2. Non-returnable & non-refundable items
For hygiene, safety, and international trade compliance reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
Underwear and intimate apparel
All textile products, including but not limited to:
Clothing
Fabrics
Home textiles
Cosmetic and beauty products
Items that have been opened, used, worn, washed, altered, or tested
Items without original packaging or tags
Items damaged due to customer misuse
These restrictions apply even if the item does not fit or does not meet personal expectations.
3. Defective or damaged items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To process your claim, please provide:
Order number
Clear photos and/or video showing the issue and packaging
After verification, we may offer:
A replacement, or
A refund (depending on the product, seller, and international shipping feasibility)
4. Partial refunds
Partial refunds may be granted only in limited cases, including:
Items returned with missing parts not due to our error
Items showing signs of use
Items returned outside the 30-day return window
5. Refund processing
Once a return (if required) is received and inspected, you will be notified by email regarding approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. Processing times vary depending on banks and payment providers and may take several business days.

7. Sale & discounted items
Items purchased during sales, promotions, or with discounts are non-refundable, unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
8. Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. Exchanges for size, color, or personal preference are not accepted.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer
Shipping costs are non-refundable
Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable
Return address will be provided after approval of the return request
For international returns, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.

Indosphera operates as an online marketplace. Products are sold and shipped by independent sellers. While all sellers must comply with Indosphera’s policies, return outcomes may vary depending on the seller and destination country regulations.
Indosphera acts as an intermediary and is not the manufacturer of the products sold.
11. Legal compliance
This policy is designed to comply with international consumer protection standards. Where mandatory local consumer laws apply, those laws will prevail.
