IndoSphera operates as an online marketplace connecting customers with independent sellers based in Indonesia.

• Products are listed and supplied by third-party sellers
• IndoSphera is not the manufacturer of listed products
• Responsibility for products may vary depending on the seller

User Accounts

• Users must provide accurate and complete information
• Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts
• Incorrect shipping details may result in failed delivery, for which the customer is responsible

Orders

• All orders are subject to availability and confirmation
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion
• In case of cancellation, a refund will be issued

Pricing and Payments

• Prices are listed in applicable currencies and may change without notice
• Payments are processed via secure third-party providers
• Additional fees such as shipping, customs duties, or taxes are not included unless stated otherwise

Shipping and Delivery

Import Duties and Taxes

For international orders, especially to the European Union, United States, and other regions:

• Import VAT, customs duties, and local taxes may apply
• These charges are the responsibility of the customer

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, the following rights apply:

Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

Returned items must be:

• In original condition
• Not used beyond necessary inspection
• In original packaging

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons once opened (e.g. cosmetics, skincare)
• Custom-made or personalized products

Refunds (EU Orders)

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving returned goods or proof of return shipment.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
