Clients bear full responsibility for the correctness of the data provided. If, due to the provision of incorrect data, which prevents delivery or customs clearance, IndoSphera is not responsible and will not make any compensation.

Implementation of the order

When placing an order, always wait for confirmation from IndoSphera operators, due to the popularity of the product or its limited supply, IndoSphera can change the quantity of the product at any time. Both parties to the transaction agree that after sending the goods, the party providing logistics services is fully responsible for its delivery, at this moment the full ownership of the goods belongs to the buyer.

Order cancellation

Cancellation of the order, its addition or change occurs only in cases where the goods have not left the warehouse (shop) of the supplier. An order can be canceled through Customer Service.

If the product has already been sent to the buyer, the return, exchange will take place after the buyer receives the package.

Delivery

The delivery times for the order indicated by us on the site indosphera.com (hereinafter referred to as the site) are for guidance only. Since the delivery time of the goods can be influenced by many factors not related to the responsibility and activities of the site and its suppliers. We always advise you to make purchases in advance and be understanding if your package is delayed during national or international holidays or celebrations. IndoSphera cannot influence the terms of international delivery, but our team will make every effort to form and quickly send your order, control the direct delivery of the order to the end user. Since the site hosts a lot of goods from different suppliers, one order can be delivered to the buyer in two or more parcels.

IndoSphera suppliers always send parcels with the option of cargo insurance, this will help to avoid unnecessary disputes in case of loss of goods.

The recipient of the order assumes full responsibility for providing the delivery address. IndoSphera cannot change the delivery address after it has been shipped from the warehouse (store) and is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to an incorrectly specified recipient address.

IndoSphera is not responsible for goods that, for whatever reason, have not passed customs control, the buyer is fully responsible for compliance with local laws and assumes the obligation to pay taxes, duties and customs payments. Attention - the insurance does not cover the costs associated with customs clearance and does not compensate for losses associated with the confiscation or destruction of goods by customs services. IndoSphera is not responsible if the goods did not pass customs clearance for any reason, we ship all goods strictly according to the order and are completely legal for international shipment.

The parcel is delivered to the buyer when the delivery party marks the dispatched shipment as “Delivered”, after which IndoSphera is not responsible for the fact that the goods have not been delivered.

We are not responsible if the goods were delivered and returned back to the sender (the return to the sender occurs after the expiration of the parcel storage period, individually for each sender, which the buyer will be informed about).

All complaints and claims regarding non-delivered goods are accepted within 2 (two) months. Unless the courier has marked your order as "Delivered"

Purchase returns

If the product you purchased did not suit you for any reason, you can return the product and receive a full refund for the product you purchased, not including the costs of transferring means of payment and the cost of shipping the product. You can return the goods within 15 calendar days. After receiving the goods by the sender, IndoSphera will refund you within 5 business days, depending on the payment method Pay Pal, credit card or debit. Goods must be returned in their original packaging, complete from the manufacturer, free from damage, defects and signs of use.

Before returning the goods, without fail, you must contact our operator (the operator of the site indosphera.com) and confirm the return and the return shipping address. No refunds will be given if you have not received a return confirmation and sent the package to the supplier.

If IndoSphera's suppliers discover third party interference or dishonesty (fraud) on the part of the buyer, the product will not be replaced, or accepted for a return.

The refund amount will be the one for which the buyer purchased the goods at the time of purchase.

Non-returnable goods

Underwear (men's, women's) all goods from the section "Goods for children" and goods from the section "SPA and health" are non-returnable.

Item not as described or item damaged
