3. Are these bags sustainable and eco-friendly? Yes. Most bags use renewable, biodegradable, or recycled materials. Many artisans practice zero-waste cutting and natural dyeing methods. We clearly label eco-friendly, plastic-free, and fair-trade products on their pages.

4. How durable are woven and rattan bags? Properly made rattan and woven grass bags are surprisingly durable for everyday use. Rattan is naturally water-resistant and flexible. However, avoid overloading (max 5-10 lbs for most woven bags) and store away from direct humidity. Many bags include fabric linings for added strength.

5. Do you ship bags to the USA? Yes, we ship directly from Indonesia to all 50 US states. Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days. No proxy service is required.

6. Will I have to pay US customs duties on bags? You may be charged import duties by US Customs and Border Protection. Orders under $800 USD typically enter duty-free under the de minimis exemption. Any fees are your responsibility. Bags made of natural plant materials (rattan, bamboo, grass) often have lower duty rates than leather bags.

7. Can I return or exchange a bag? Yes, unused and unworn bags with original tags attached may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Custom-made, personalized, or final sale items are non-returnable. Please review our full return policy before purchasing.

• Rattan/woven grass: Wipe with a slightly damp cloth, air dry away from direct sunlight. Do not submerge in water.

9. Do you offer custom or personalized bags? Some of our artisan partners accept custom orders — size, color, embroidery, or initials. Please contact our support team with your request, and we will connect you directly with the artisan. Lead time for custom orders is typically 4-8 weeks.

10. Are these bags ethical and fair trade? We partner with artisan cooperatives and small workshops that pay fair wages, provide safe working conditions, and respect traditional knowledge. Many hold fair-trade or ethical handmade certifications. We do not work with mass-production factories.

11. Can I see the exact bag I'm ordering? Yes. Each product page includes multiple high-resolution photos (front, back, interior, side, close-up of weave/stitching). Due to handmade production, slight variations in color, size, and pattern are natural — and part of each bag's unique character.
