Return Policy
Bali Beans Coffee offers a clear and transparent return and exchange policy. For any questions regarding your purchase, please contact the marketplace support team.
Coffee Products
All coffee sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for coffee once it has been shipped.
Orders may be canceled up to 24 hours before shipment by contacting marketplace support.
Non-Coffee Products
Returns
You have 7 calendar days from the invoice date to return an item.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as received
- The item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Refunds
Once the returned item is received, it will be inspected and you will be notified of the status.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
The timing of the refund depends on your payment provider’s policies.
If the item has already been delivered, you may request a pickup service with a fee of IDR 500,000, which will be deducted from your refund.
International Orders
All international sales are final. Returns, exchanges, or exceptions are not permitted.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours before shipment via marketplace support.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
Terms & Conditions
All product descriptions and images are provided to the best of our knowledge but are not guaranteed to be complete.
Bali Beans Coffee is not responsible for import duties, taxes, customs fees, or any additional charges related to international shipping. It is the customer’s responsibility to understand these costs and local regulations before purchasing.
If an international order is refused by the customer for any reason, no refund will be issued and additional charges may apply.
